Every day, in Middle East and North Africa, there are many events and developments happening that can affect whole world deeply. Undoubtedly, the main reason prompting people to rebel is the existence of authoritative regimes supported by safety and economical concerns. The demands of people who have bowed to dictatorial regimes under pressure, fear and violence, are tried to be avoided with pressure again. The rebels see the current regimes as the biggest obstacle against the concepts of human rights, freedom and justice and continue their resistance with supports of Western countries. As a matter of fact, like in other dictatorial regimes, Gaddafi has captured the dominion since 1969 and ignored the economical, social and political problems of public in Libya.

Israel-Palestine problem, a problem arose within the strategies and sacredly planned wars in holy lands of Middle East, continues its existence as a dedication and belief story. I think, this problem, depicted as unchanged agenda of Middle East, should be analyzed from the point of ‘’black box’’ model, which is supported by realist view; in other words it should be evaluated by separating it from the basis of states.
Outlook and Risks
On March 1, 2003, the Turkish Parliament rejected a resolution to authorize the deployment of US forces to Turkey to open a northern front in the war against Iraq. Even though it was the decision of Parliament, the powerful Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), which had great influence on the Turkish political system at the time, was strongly criticized by American policy makers for not actively supporting the new government’s position before the vote.
